Director of Environmental Compliance, Permitting & Safety
      New England Organics, a leading provider of organic waste management
      and recycling services, is seeking a Director of Environmental
      Compliance, Permitting & Safety to join its management team in our
      Portland, Maine office.  Responsibilities include ensuring 100%
      compliance with all environmental and safety regulations, managing a
      diverse range of permitting assignments, and assisting our business
      development and sales staff in evaluating and securing new business.
      Candidates should be able to work both independently and as part of a
      larger team.  General qualifications includes a strong background in
      the waste management and environmental services industry, solid
      leadership skills, and a demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic,
      fast paced work setting.   Direct experience with agricultural
      systems and beneficial use regulations strongly preferred.   Minimum
      qualifications include BS in environmental engineering, agricultural
      engineering, or related sciences, with five+ years of direct industry
      experience.  Travel throughout the northeast is required.  Interested
