I beleive this to be a permanent CN unless the compost blanket is not vegetated or organic matter is removed from the landscape.

I have presented this data to several Hydrologists at the USDA-NRCS who were part of a team to create CNs for various landscape surfaces and they were very accepting of the data. I have presented the methodology and findings at national conferences and trainings and would be happy to discuss with any interested parties.

These are a few of the refrences I have used to determine the CNs.
