Dear Cary:

I am currently working on a Master's thesis project on composting.
At the moment, I'm trying to determine food waste volumes each of the  
following generates on an annual basis:

large chain supermarket
sit-down full-service restaurant
large chain hotel
600-bed hospital
microbrewery

Would you be able to provide me with rough estimates?
