[USCC] International Compost Prices?

I met with a large-scale composter from Australia last week who processes biosolids and green materials at several locations. He says that he sells his 1/2" for over $20/cyd and that sales are strong. He claims that his businesses are driven as much by sales revenues than by tip prices and is often surprised when he hears of low bulk compost prices in the US.
