[USCC] Controlling runoff from compost sites

Cary, why not contact the Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Board. They are setting up an emergency program that will allow a 2 inch blanket of biosolids-greenwaste compost to be put on fire ravaged lands. Certainly they will have had all this worked out well ahead of time. They can be reached at <info8 at waterboards.ca.gov> or by phone-----------(951) 782-4130.
