[USCC] Controlling runoff from compost sites

Greetings compost world,

I am looking for any state-issued (or at least sanctioned) guidance
documents on managing runoff from compost sites, especially compost sites
handling yard debris and food waste. 

Also, I am very interested in any good studies on compost site runoff.  The
two I am aware of are
