[USCC] $ for composting in stimulus package?

The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grants have two possible
composting applications:
- Increase in participation and efficiency rates for material conservation
programs
- Reduction and capture of methane and GHGs: reduce, capture and use of
methane
I believe the first could be applied to organics collection programs and the
second to increased diversion of organics to a composting facility
(reduction of methane production).
Feel free to call with any questions. We are working with a number of
municipalities to determine the best use of their EECBG money.

Is there any money set aside in the Stimulus Program for the development
of composting projects? If so, how does one go about checking into it?
Thank you,
Maggie Rose
