Ken, I think you need to first identify the woods used as many contain
turpines and oils that may effect water quality and or crop production. I
think you will find 3/4" to be a slow decomposition. The finer the faster. I
have mixed wood waste with farm manure for years with no problems as long as
you first deal with the wood identification.
