Alessi, is saying about composting.  
 
He states, "What we need to see is if endotoxins are associated with  
composting, because these are serious accusations of health problems, and if  they 
are unfounded, then I don't want there to be a fear factor of the  composting 
facility for no reason. But if the connection is there,  then statewide we can 
start to shut down composting facilities but we would need  the documentation 
to help us prove the case."
