[USCC] Best use of a horse resource

Michele,
King County (Seattle) has promoted on  site composting with education, 
set up a "manure-share" hotline / website connecting gardeners and small 
farmers who want manure with horse owners, and promoted a collection 
program that I think sends manure to the green waste composter. You 
might check with Karen May at King county Solid Waste.
