[USCC] Lime stabilized compost

I am unaware of any successful marketing of N-Viro compost to retail uses  or 
even industrial or agricultural uses. The locations I am aware of who use  
lime stabilization send it for landfill cover.

I am  wondering why someone would duplicate a Class A process by composting 
finished  N-Viro product?
