[USCC] Food waste separation training materials

The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection has put
together a composting handbook for Supermarket operators.

The Supermarket Composting Handbook is a field-tested, step-by-step,
resource guide designed to help supermarket
managers implement and sustain an efficient and effective composting
program.  This handbook can be adapted to other generators.
 
There is a CD available so you can modify materials for your specific

We were looking for any training materials that may be available to use
here in PA for food waste collection, composting, and handling for
employees in cafeterias, restaurants etc. Spanish would be good, but I
would be happy if we could get it in english..
