Don't forget to register for this year's Compost Showcase. The showcase is to be held at the annual Conference and Tradeshow in Oakland this February 9-12. Participating in the compost showcase is a wonderful way to promote your compost and share ideas on production and marketing with other composters from around the country.
Also, door prizes valued at nearly $3,000 are available exclusively to those who enter their compost or compost-based product at the Compost Showcase. Prizes have been donated by Soil Control Lab, BioCycle, A&L Great Lakes Laboratories, and REOTEMP Instruments!
All you need to do to register for the showcase is find the registration form at http://www.compostingcouncil.org/pdf/08_SC_Reg_Form.pdf 
Fill out the form and return it to Kate Kurtz at kurtzk at u.washington.edu
