[USCC] In vessel composting analysis

I oversee two convention facilities in Massachusetts that produce over
100 tons of compostable material (primarily food waste and
paper/cardboard) annually (and growing).  Currently we have compostable,
recyclable and bulk trash is hauled off site via vendor contract,
however I am interested exploring in vessel compost technology on site.
Available space is at a premium; one consideration.  Is anyone currently
using in vessel compost systems in a commercial setting that can offer
advice?  I am interested in systems, vendors, TCO, power & space
requirements, operational functionality, disposal of the end product
(i.e. is it marketable?), etc.
