US EPA Region 5 invites you to participate in a webinar on the innovative aspects of using compost as a stormwater best management practice (BMP) on Jan. 8.  This webinar is focused on how stormwater managers can use compost blankets, berms, and filters as a tool to reduce stormwater runoff and improve soil quality
