[USCC] Landfill

The publicly ran composting site in Sioux City Iowa.? The yard trimmings are going to a landfill in Nebraska.?
It nearly happened in DesMoines a few years ago?but was stopped?with a veto of the legislation by the governor.

I am unaware of any instances of this. Can anyone cite an instance where
