[USCC] Salt tests in compost

Which test was performed? If the salt test you refer to is the TMECC 
test (1:5) dilution it is equivalent to a standard saturated paste soil 
salinity of about 20-40 mmhos/cm, which is quite high. Otherwise, 5-10 
by the soil method is not as serious.
