[USCC] NRCS EQIP data

Colleagues:

 

Does anyone know if there is a central repository or contact person who
could tell me how much Environmental Quality Improvement Program (EQIP)
money has been invested by the USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service
(NRCS) for Conservation Practices No. 316, Animal Mortality Management and
No. 317, Composting Facility over the past couple of fiscal years? It would
be ideal if that data were organized by State.
