In Montana, Solid Waste Management Facilities of all kinds are prohibited
from 100 year flood plains. Reference Administrative Rules of Montana
(ARM)17.50.505 (1)(c).

Subject: [USCC] Yard Waste Transfer Station in 100 year flood plain

I need to know if a yard waste recycling facility (Transfer Station) can be
in the 100 year flood plain. Please send me all supporting information.
Thank you.
