[USCC] Needed: less hunky biodegradable forks and spoons

The local school district would like to use biodegradable forks and spoons
and that would be a great thing for the schools that are participating in
Santa Cruz County's Food Scrap Collection Program.  

However, they recently purchased spoon and fork dispensers and the
biodegradables I've tested have been too thick to fit the dispensers.  The
dispensers fit the standard cheep white plastic forks and spoons as well as
the more expensive colored ones that are a little larger.  

Has anyone seen biodegradables that are not too thick?
