Hello,

 

I'm looking for information on food waste diversion programs at
hospitals. Specifically, I would like to know the following:

 

Quantity of food waste at hospital facilities 

Economic analysis/quantifiable cost savings that result 

Amount of solid waste reduced with a diversion program

 

I would like to use this information in a food waste presentation on
October 18. Thanks in advance for your help.
