[USCC] School Food Waste Programs

Ken,
I'm sure there are plenty of colleges and universities out there that have useful information, but I assume this smaller school doesn't have a lot of resources available.  In Columbus, OH, a private school recently started its food scraps composting program.  Below is a link to the school's success story.  Also, if you go to YouTube and type in "Columbus Academy compost" you should be able to access an educational piece the student council put together for the students.

Good afternoon all,

A private school in Topeka would like to set up a food waste composting
program.  They have approximately 300 students and 55 staff that eat each
day.  They are willing to do separation so the organics would be fairly
clean.  Any examples and places they could contact would be appreciated.
