Subject: [USCC] School Food Waste Programs
Good afternoon all,
A private school in Topeka would like to set up a food waste composting
program. They have approximately 300 students and 55 staff that eat
each
day. They are willing to do separation so the organics would be fairly
clean. Any examples and places they could contact would be appreciated.
Thanks for the help.
