[USCC] composting operations

I'd like to discuss food waste and yard waste
composting operations for a population of 200 in
winter/2000 in summer. We're an island community
located in Lake Superior in the upper midwest of U.S. 
I would also especially like to visit some facilities
preferably located not more than 250 miles away.
