Boris,

General composting rules apply: C/N ratio of 25/1 and moisture 50-55%. The 
poultry waste can be dry, semi dry, mixed with
bedding like straw or wood shavings or not. In any case you should make the 
basic chemical analysis to establish C, N and moisture.
Then using simple algebraic formula calculate amount of C source ( shredded 
dry straw or dry wood shavings) and water.
Probably aerated composting piles will be most effective. I suggest sucking 
air from under the pile. If you want more detailed help, please
