[USCC] compost specifications for landscaping use

Karen,
I worked on the development of landscaping specifications under a couple of
grants for the USCC. A complete CD can be purchased from them and some of
them can be found on-line at www.compostingcouncil.org, click on
Publications, then Publications on-line.
