[USCC] Event Waste Composting

Hi,
 
I am a special event planner for New Belgium Brewing Company, an
employee-owned Wind-Solar-Bio powered brewery. I manage our event waste
programs, as well. We have been using compostable PLA cups for several
years now along with serving all of our food with compostable utensils,
plates etc. We have partnered with farms, colleges and industrial
composters in the 12 cities that our Tour de Fat goes to.

I am working to help expand our list of composting facilities that can
accept our event compostables around the country and would love any help
in compiling this list you all might be able to contribute.
