[USCC] Type of equipment

Composters,
We are looking for equipment that can grind or slice Jerusalem 
Artichokes (sunchokes) that can be hauled and rented for a month in 
Southern Calif and northern Calif.  (Shasta area)

Any suggestion on the type of equipment, source and estimated cost would 
be appreciated.
