Don't know much about shrimp, but you might contact Jim Wallen
(707-464-6131), with Hambro Forest Products in Crescent City
(California). I believe Hambro was working with a company called
Eco-Nutrients (707) 465-4038) and at one time did some fish and crab
wastes, which are probably reasonably similar to shrimp. There's a fair
amount of crab waste composting in Maine as well.
