[USCC] How to process the HUman Dirty to become Compost

Dear Sir,
   
  I would like to know to use Human dirty to be a valuable compost. Becasue somesay that its very good for the growing of plants.
   
  Second, our country problem is rubbish. There is no effective organisation to manage the city waste. my second plan is also how to recycle the city waste to be better thing.
   
  Be frankly, i am a beginner in the farming.
