[USCC] Soil-Cement Compost Pads

Composters:
Is anyone using a soil-cement composting pad (i.e. similar to what Larry
Sikora developed at USDA-Beltsville)? How does it hold up to daily use/abuse
by tracked or wheeled windrow turners, trucks, loaders etc.?
