[USCC] Soil texture analysis lab procedure

Has the soil prep been done correctly?  The hydrometer method is pretty
accurate if done right, however the organic matter and iron needs to be
properly removed prior to performing the test.  A hydrogen peroxide
digestion should be run twice on the sample for organic matter removal
(even three times if significant foaming is achieved on the second
digestion), and then a citrate buffer and sodium dithionate digestion
for iron.
