[USCC] Inoculants (i.e. compost activators/accelerants)

Hello Sam, I make a living developing inoculants but this is for special
conditions like remediation of contaminants or in situations where high
speed decomposition is required. This is very limited in Canada due to
immensely backward bureaucrats. I think you should devote more time to
learning the right combinations of material and if you really need a starter
inoculant go find the same ingredients rotting somewhere and throw a handful
into your pile.
