[USCC] Compost Digest, Vol 42, Issue 1

What is the best source to find where there are industrial compost
facilities throughout the country?  I am trying to promote compostable film,
but one of the challenges is there needs to be a composting facility and
infrastructure in place for the product to be effective.  Any help would be
appreciated.
