[USCC] Compost Operator Training Programs

Craig,

MN, WI, IA have historically rotated a compost operator training between the three states. In the last few years, that has fallen a part due to staff changes or simple lack of time to set it up.

The last compost opeator training was done by IA and I have heard rumors that they are thinking of doing one this summer.
