[USCC] National Organic Program/OMRI and wax-coated cardboard, biodegradable bags

Has anyone had any experience getting a compost product that includes
wax-coated cardboard as part of the feedstock approved for use in organic
food production?  What about a compost product that includes biodegradable
bags as part of the feedstock?  

I am reposting this question as I received few responses since I posted
right before Easter Weekend.
