Greetings!
I have recently begun an on-farm composting project on a large (2000
acres~300 horses)  thoroughbred horse farm in cental FL.  The purpose of the
project is to use the waste generated on the farm in a sustainable and
profitable manner.  I am in the process of learning large scale (actively
aerated windrows) composting methods, as my experience has thus far been in
small farm and backyard piles.
If there is anyone on the list who is currently involved in horse farm
composting, I would be very interested in a private dialog.  I am welcome to
any suggestions on methods,  recommendations on input and guidance on the
process of creating a market.
At any rate I look forward to joining the discussion and learning more about
the various uses and methods of you composters out there!
