[USCC] Composted Biosolids as a fuel for power plants

I believe Natural Resource Recovery of Tennessee was/is moving biosolids
compost as an energy source at their facility in Knoxville.  They have a new
GM there and I don't have his/her contact info; but Jim Doersam is their new
COO at their headquarters in Baton Rouge.
