[USCC] Catering / kitchen Waste Compostin g

To All,
our municipal governments are establishing some regulations on catering/kitchen Wastes. I think anaerobic digestion is a means of treating catering/kitchen waste.  it will generate methane gas and can make solid matter fertiliser. I am wondering where there are some successful experences of treating catering/kitchen waste by AD. in the comming months we will arrange some visit to the catering/kitchen waste treatment plants.
