[USCC] Rubber tire Bulking agent

Rufus,
Thanks for the quick response to my questions. I was wondering about rubber tires as a bulking agent because we will use our compost as a fuel to be mixed and burned with waste coal. The rubber will significantly reduce our cost of bulking agent as well as enhance the BTU value with the residule rubber
left behind in the finished product. I was hoping to find someone with a track record with this sort of bulking agent to answer a few questions and offer hands on experience for our project.
