[USCC] Mid Atlantic Better Composting School Announcement

The Better Composting School, formerly administered and conducted by 
faculty and staff from the University of Maryland, has been 
re-constituted with additional input from experts from other mid 
Atlantic states into the Mid Atlantic Better Composting School. The 
three-day program will be conducted bi-annually beginning October 25-27, 2006.

Register for the new and improved (tic) composting school by 
downloading the workshop announcement and registration brochure from 
either of two links on the Mid Atlantic Regional Water Program 
website (http://www.mawaterquality.org). You can access the brochure 
through links in the "Calendar" or "News and Upcoming Events." The 
brochure can also be accessed through the link on the Mid Atlantic 
Composting Association website (http://www.midatlanticcompost.org/).
