[USCC] biodynamic farming/composting

hi. long time lurker coming from the woodwork to ask a question.

i have gotten to know a biodynamic farmer quite well this summer as a
CSA member of their market garden. i have done a lot of reading over the
summer on Rudolf Steiner and biodynamic farming. Their emphasis on farm
composting and awareness of micronutrient cycling has me in awe. It
appears that there is some sound science behind biodynamic principles.

Do any of you folks have experience of biodynamic composting? i know
there was a tangential reference to it earlier in the year with a
discussion about yarrow and other herbs and their effect on compost. i
am very curious to hear what folks on this list think.
