[USCC] Composting Whole Eggs

Good Morning Group,

We have a yard waste composting facility that is proposing to add eggs from
a nearby egg processor to their composting operation.  Does anyone have a
good C/N ration and % moisture for eggs.  We know that odors from the
sulfur compounds will require control measures that are different than the
usual yard waste and that is covered in their operation plan.  What would
be the recommend maximum percentage of the mix to be eggs?
