[USCC] USCC/SWANA compost certification exam

Does anyone have any experience with or know of any organizations
(e.g., USCC, SWANA) that sanction the conducting performance audits
of composting facilities? I have been asked by a Environmental
Engineering firm where they may be able to solicit such expertise.
