WE are currently running composting trials using a bokashi system to
initially ferment the waste followed by vermicomposting with 3
schools/colleges in the Malvern Hills area in England treating their
food waste from their canteens. Reasonable success has been obtained so
far and the trial will continue until February 2007. The trial is being
carried out in conjunction with Bubble House Worms

I'm looking for examples where vermicomposting is being used to process
food waste from a unviersity or college campus.
