Would you be so good as to define "bio-dynamic". How does bio-dynamic
compost vary from conventional compost?

Hello Donald, You do not test the compost. It is the crop grown in the
compost that is tested. Although I nor anyone else can fully explain the
phenomenon our repeated tests of bio-dynamic compost consistently gave
higher brix readings in every crop we tested. Regards Peter
