[USCC] floating water pumps for supplying water to compost site

Hello everyone,

I am looking for information on a floating pump that can be used to
pump water out of an adjacent river to water our 3.5 acres compost site.
I've checked with the Corp of Engineers and they have told me as long
as a permanent structure is not built on the bank of the river I don't
need a permit to pump water to our site. Here's my problem, the only
pump I've been able to find on the net is a Watermaster Floating pump
which looks great but only has 30 feet of head so it can only go up
vertically 30 feet. I need to clear 50 feet from the water to the top
of the bank. Does anybody have a good solution for me with another
pump? Something that can be carried down and placed into the water? I
can't build a holding area halfway up the bank and pump from there and I
really don't want to spend money hooking up to city water and infuse
treated water on the rows. Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
