[USCC] composting grape pomace with straw

Can anyone give advice about passive pile composting of organic wine grape 
pomace (pressed out grape skins) with straw? What should be the percentage 
of each by weight? In other words, for each 500 kg bale of straw (that's the 
standard bale size here), how many kilos of grape pomace can be mixed in?
Any other considerations?
