Hello All,

The idea is to test value of compost by testing the brix of vegetables and
fruits grown on this compost. The better the compost the higher the brix in
fruits and vegetables grown on it. You do not test the brix of
compostbecause by the nature of the process brix of matured compost must be
"zero".
