Dr. Rubin's last sentence in his 8/1/06  message,addressed to "Dave,"  
is soundly  refuted by a peer reviewed paper published in an 
international health journal and posted on www.sludgefacts.org as well 
as  by by a 2002 National Academy of Sciences  report which strongly 
urged that adverse health incidents, reported by sludge-exposed 
individuals, should be immediately investigated.
